We had originally set our “default registration status” for the individual events to “approved” but we see that causes an issue for folks who abandon their cart and don’t pay, they were getting the “print ticket” email message when they had NOT paid.
We have updated our “default registration status” for the individual events to “payment pending” so we would assume that will prevent the “print ticket” email from sending is that correct?
That’s correct. The Ticket message goes out for Approved registrations only.
