Pending Payment Emails

Is it possible to delay Pending Payment emails by an hour? If the person still hasn’t paid in an hour, then send. From what I can tell this isn’t possible but just checking with you. 🙂

I don’t really understand the reason for ‘Delaying’ the pending payment email in that context.

The pending payment email will only be triggered when the registration is finalized, meaning the user selected a payment option and clicked finalize registration. If using an online payment method they pay and are approved… if using an offline payment method they finalize and then pay offline… but then is someone monitoring all payments to apply them within the system before the hour?

It seems that you’re likely to trigger pending payment emails for people that have actually already paid by delaying the email this way, than you would if you instantly send it, the pay and the approved email is then triggered.
