I have customer who purchased a ticket and I can see in the “View All Registrations” for that specific Event that the customer has a green Reg Date, Total Txn is green, and a green checkmark under column Paid.
Yet it states that the customer is in Pending Payment status.
What could have happened?
What can I do to change the status to Completed?
It turns out that there isn’t a “Completed” Registration status, but you can change the status to “Approved” by editing the registration.
