pdf output downloads as html in Safari

If I download a pdf invoice in Firefox or Chrome it is fine (should test IE I know). If I download it in Safari ( 6.0 ) it gets .html appended to the end of the file name so obviously looks like junk content until it is renamed, at which point it can be properly opened.

Thoughts?

I’ll raise a ticket to see if one of the devs with a mac can re-create this issue.

I tested two versions of safari on a pc (5.0.5 and 5.1.7) and neither had any issues with the pdf download.

Hi Ian,

Which plugins are installed on this site? Which version of Event Espresso is installed? This has been reported in the past and was sometimes caused by another plugin changing the MIME type to html. So what happens is the other browsers will ignore the .html, but Safari will not.

You may be able to rule out a plugin conflict by deactivating other plugins in this case.
