i get this error when clicking download pdf, all ee core and plugins are at latest versions

Hi there,
Event Espresso uses DOMPDF to build the PDF’s.
DOMPDF needs the MultiByte String (mbstring) module installed on your server, it looks like it currently is either disabled or not installed at all.
I would recommend contacting your hosting provider and have them install/activate that module for you.
The PDF’s should then work as expected.
