I put the same 100×100 jpg into both the Event Espresso->General Settings and the Invoice payment gateway, and yet when I download the PDF, the image is huge, and pixelated behind the payment address. What am I doing wrong? (EE3)

Hi lhammond,
If you got to Event Espresso -> Payment settings.
Look within Invoice settings and you will find a logo URL field. Is there another URL for a logo there?

Yes, that’s where I set it first. The image was 277 pix wide originally, so I shrunk it and tried a new jpg, but now it just looks big and pixelated instead of just big. Is there a place to specify the dimensions?

I made a logo that is 400 pixels wide, and it doesn’t look pixelated, but it’s still huge, and behind the text (how can I attach a screen grab so you can see?). I’d like it to be small and off to the left. What core files might I need to modify? I looked in gateways/invoice but didn’t see anywhere the image reference is called. Could this be a bug? I saw that others have had similar problems before, but didn’t see a way to resolve it.

I figured it out. It’s an aspect ratio thing. When I use a logo image that is 600×65, it looks great, and shows up at the top above the text. The one I was trying to use was square, about 400×450, and the invoice address ended up overlaying it.
