When I am registering to an event, the PDF invoice generated automatically, shows old organization address. Its not showing the updated address that I have given in ‘General Settings’ page. The PDF invoice shows the address that I have given during the testing time. Can anyone help me with this? Is there any other option to set the address which shown in PDF invoices?
The address for invoices is taken from the Invoice ‘gateway’. If you go to Event Espresso -> Payment Settings. Invoice Setting. You can alter the address within there.
If the invoice gateway is not active & you would like to keep it inactive, you’ll need to activate it, update the settings, then deactivate the invoice gateway once more.
