PDF Images Not Working

Hello,

I am having issues with the formatting of the confirmation .pdfs within Event Espresso. The logo and other images are not showing up when you try to download the pdf, although they work just fine on the html version.

I saw other forums on this topic but wasn’t able to solve the problem.

Hi Rebekah,

Usually when this happens it is because allow_url_fopen has been disabled on your server. Can you create a ticket with your hosting company and have them confirm if the above is disabled?

If so they will need to enable it on your site for the PDF’s to work.

This worked!

allow_url)fopen was disabled. Once they enabled it the images began to appear in the pdf.
