Hello,
I am having issues with the formatting of the invoice in pdfs within Event Espresso. The logo and other images are not showing up when you try to download the pdf, although they work just fine on the html version.
I saw other forums on this topic but wasn’t able to solve the problem.
Problem is the same as: https://eventespresso.com/topic/pdf-images-not-working/
Note: allow_url_fopen is enabled on server.

Hi there,
Can you link me to to an event I can run a test registration on to view this?
If you enable WP_DEBUG and download the PDF we can check if there are any error being thrown when the images are requested within the PDF.

I have created a test event for you:

The website is dutch.
I could not download the invoice in PDF when WP_Debug was enabled. I have set it back to false as it messed up the website.

Hi there,
That event shows as sold out can you increase the limit on the ticket/datetime?

I have increased it up to 5 tickets.

Thank you, so this still looks like your server is blocking the image.
I added the URL to one of my ‘live’ test sites and was able to download the invoice with the image fine – http://take.ms/kOKdo
If you check your servers error logs do you see any error messages relating to that image?
