Hello,
When I click “Download PDF” button on a receipt, I get an “Uncaught exception: No block-level parent found. Not good.” error message using EE4.5b32.

Hi Magonc,
Could you setup the theme test drive plugin and try testing again with any of the default WP themes?
Let us know if the error appears again.

Hi,
Yes, I tested, but the error still exists (by the way it seems that the wp theme isn’t affecting the receipt page at all). See as:

Thanks for giving that a try. It looks like the PDF would span across two pages.
Is PHP currently compiled with mb_string enabled?

I believe I’ve found a solution for this issue. mbstring is still needed so thanks for checking into that setting.
