I finally got my latest install working and printing the tickets with a responsive ticket design, but when I click on download the pdf it isn’t right at all. Thoughts? Sorry, I haven’t had time to look much on this, I am running around like crazy and am supposed to have this even open for tickets on the 10th. Also, when I did a test purchase, I couldn’t find any link to the ticket for the customer. I recheck but thought I would throw that in as well.. Thanks folks!

Hi Tommy,

We will need a little bit more info here please. Can you link to an example ticket?

I assume it’s a customised ticket template? Might need to see the code for it, depends on how it goes with the link.

Regarding the ticket link. Add [ticket_link] to your registration email and they can access the ticket from there.

Hi Tommy,

OK, I see that the PDF is not right at all.

Is it possible to get a copy of the ticket template and css? You can use a service such as pastebin to provide that.

Really nice looking ticket!

Hi Tommy,

OK, well I cannot unfortunately start amending your code, but it is a combination of the structural changes you have done and the CSS. It’s difficult to pinpoint what exactly has occurred, but you have removed the div with the class outside (which kept the width correct for the pdf) and other stuff.

Currently the best advise I can give you is to create a new ticket from the default template and try to work within the constraints of the table to get the desired look, checking that the pdf isnt going skewy, and then apply any needed CSS.
