Hi there,
We’d like to tidy up the formatting on our PDF download receipts.
I’ve browsed other topics such as https://eventespresso.com/topic/pdf-images-not-working/ which suggest enabling allow_url_fopen on the server. We have security concerns about enabling this, and I’m wondering if instead there is a stylesheet somewhere that we can modify to remove the broken images which seem to be causing formatting problems. Could you point me in the right direction?

Hi there,
The formatting problem is happening because DOMPDF can’t pull in the ‘external’ files (in this case the css files) when compiling the PDF. For DOMPDF to function you will need to enable allow_url_open, its not simply editing a css file to fix/remove the image references to fix it unfortunately.
