Hello

We have a site of on-line sale of bills(tickets) http://www.mastershand.fr and several persons contacted us to say to us that they had difficulty to buy bills(tickets) in particular problems of baskets with inconsistent and disproportionate amounts.
These problems arrive in a episodic way but in a regular way.
Can you help me please?

I see you are on version 3.1.32.2. You should update before we move forward with testing/recreating the issue. Will you do that and let me know when you’re finished updating?

Hello,

Your site is reporting errors:

Erreur lors de la connexion à la base de données

This is normally due to a server error or incorrect details in the wp-config.php file.

Hi As per above, the pages (not every one) showed a white screen with the error – Erreur lors de la connexion à la base de données
