We are using the PayPal_Email custom field but it isn’t sending payments to that PayPal account, it’s sending it to the default account in our profile. Is there something we could be doing wrong with this field?
Using:
EE 4.2.7.p
WP 3.9.1

Hi Kim,
That system for splitting gateways does not work in EE4. We are considering a different approach to allow different gateways/accounts per event in future versions of EE4.
Looking at the code, there isn’t a way to mimic the EE3 custom meta field system in EE4 without changing core files.

Hi,
Yeah I’m sorry about that, though as mentioned it is under consideration for future gateway expansions.
If you have that field on your EE4 events, it is most likely that it was merely transferred across as part of the migration process.
