I have now found two instances where a transaction from someone completely unrelated has been applied to another person’s purchase. We have a major event happening this week, and I am worried this is a widespread problem. I need help determining why/how this is happening, fixing the problem, identifying other instances of it happening and then cleaning up the instances of mis-appropriated payments.

I’ve just found a third instance of this happening. Happy to provide specific links if necessary in a non-public forum.
