PayPal Transactions are Going Through to the Wrong PayPal Account

I apologize if I should be asking PayPal about this.

Before April 3 (last week), transactions were going through the Business PayPal Pro gateway correctly. Now, the transactions are going through a personal PayPal account. I am getting email notifications to my personal email now too, when it used to go to the business email. Please advise on how I can correct this issue. Thank you!

Hi there,

This does sound like something you need to contact PayPal for, but first, we should double check your setup.

The site linked to you license is using PayPal Payflow, so go to Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> PayPal Payflow

Can you check the correct credentials are being used in that section?

If you are using the same PayFlow account then you need to contact PayPal to find out what is happening on their end for the above.

I am getting email notifications to my personal email now too, when it used to go to the business email.

To clarify, are these email notifications from PayPal or EE?

What is the subject title of the emails?
