Hello, and thank you for creating such a great product! I have a question about PayPal payment “Transaction Status” remaining in “Incomplete” status. How do I ensure that payments are properly applied? I am testing and I received payment confirmation from PayPal, I received all proper email notifications from EE, but as the registrant the “Thank You” page shows Transaction Status as “Incomplete” and the EE Admin interface shows Incomplete. It’s been over 5 minutes now. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
Hi Lorenzo, my solution turned out to be easier… the client had changed the admin email for their paypal business account. After updating the email address within EE everything worked smoothly. Thank you very much for your prompt response though!
