PayPal transaction detail doesn't show class purchased

We just switched from EE3 to EE5 and love it! However, we’re working through a few glitches and the one taking the most time is reconciling PayPal purchases with the classes we offer. The PayPal transaction detail Just states REGISTRATION, not name of class purchased.

In EE3 PayPal detail would state Registration for [NAME OF CLASS] and Attendee’s name.

Is this a shortcode setting we need to update? Or is it a PayPal setting? We’ve contacted PayPal but not getting a satisfactory response.
