PayPal subject field is blank

After upgrade to version 3.1.34.P all events have blank “subject” field in PayPal. This PayPal field used to be automatically populated with the event name in version 3.1.33.P and previous versions. This feature is heavily utilized our treasurer when reconciling district revenue from different events.
