Paypal stop working: Your purchase couldn't be completed

Hi, since today, I always get this message error when somebody try to buy a ticket.

Your purchase couldn’t be completed
There’s a problem with the merchant’s PayPal account. Please try again later.

The system was working perfecly yesterday and today there is an error.

Does anybody know why?

Hi,

Have you checked with PayPal? It sounds like a possible account issue rather than EE.

Some things to check: Do you have a business account (which is a requirement)? Is your account incoming/outgoing limited?
