paypal standard payment not registered

I’m on 4.6.15. We had an approved payment from paypal standard, but the registration did not process.

We would not have noticed this, but our customer cancelled, and then we realized we had a payment, but no corresponding registration in EE.

IPN history shows response 200 with no retries.

Also, if related, could you tell me which pages should be protected with ssl?

disregard ssl question; my settings are correct according to ee4 doc

Is there any custom coding preventing you from updating to the current version of Event Espresso?
