I’m using EE4 PayPal Standard add-on and I’ve set up IPN already, but customer cannot get through to the Paypal page after entering check out page.
this error message shows up:
Character set data input or the default encoding does not match. For more information, please contact the merchant.
Our website is glamsci.hk
Our paypal account is in use with some other websites but not with EE, could you suggest how I can fix it? Thank you!

Hi there,
Can you log into your PayPal account and run through the steps posted here:
https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-set-up-paypal-ipn/#encoding
Then retest and see if the same error is thrown?
