PayPal Quantity Issue

Hi,

We are having issues with the Receipts sent from PayPal to our customers. The problems:
1. No matter the quantity, everything gets consolidated into one line with the Qty = 1.
2. Shows “Discount” with a blank value.

After a few weeks of back and forth with PayPal, they have elevated to their “engineering team” who told us:
“It appears the quantity amount is not being passed from your site during the DoExpressCheckout API call. We urge that you work with your developer to integrate this.”

I’m confused about this because this definitely gets split out on the first PayPal page we see before payment. Have you seen this before? Is there an issue with my DoExpressCheckout call not sending quantity properly or should I be fighting with PayPal more?

Hi Matt,

DoExpressCheckout should be sending the correct quantity if you have Event Espresso 4.9.50 or newer.
