Hello,

I am getting the following error:

Attention: Your transaction was declined for the following reason(s):

Error Code: 10002

Short Message: Security error

Short Message: Security header is not validSeverity Code: Error

We have a SSL Certificate that Espresso seems to notice, because the warning is gone. We also have installed the HTTPS plug-in per your instructions and the PayPal Pro API setup.  The regular paypal payment seems to work just not the PayPal Pro Credit Card payment. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

PayPal’s documentation for their error code 10002 states: “This error can be caused by an incorrect API username, an incorrect API password, or an invalid API signature. Make sure that all three of these values are correct. For your security, PayPal does not report exactly which of these three values might be in error.”
Make sure that if you are using the sandbox mode in EE’s Paypal settings, you are using the credentials from a sandbox account, and if you are using a live account, that the sandbox mode is turned off.
