Hi,
When I click on Paypal pro in the payment methods option it does give me the option to activate it. All of the other payment methods are working fine. It is only pay pro that does not work. I am currently using Event Espresso version 4.4.1.1.decaf. I recently uninstalled an older version and reinstalled this version and now it does now work. Any ideas of what could be causing this?

Hi Zhijun,
Please deactivate and remove Event Espresso 4 decaf. Then download the current version of Event Espresso 4 from your Event Espresso account page:
https://eventespresso.com/users/justinzzhan/#ee4-downloads
Then upload and activate the zip file through WP-admin –> Plugins –> Add New.
You’ll then be able to activate PayPal Pro which is available for Event Espresso 4.

Thank you for your response. I currently have people that have already registered for this event. If I remove the plugin will I lose the current registrations and the event as well? Would I need to create the event again as well as have everyone register again?

Hi Zhijun,
Reinstalling Event Espresso 4 will not remove any existing registrations.
