I tried to buy tickets to the season kick off this morning and the website asked whether I was in the USA or Canada and the state, this was a mandatory question and as I understand it would affect payments being authorised.
I picked the USA and Alabama and proceeded to check out at this point got a message that the Merchant was not processing transactions.
Originally based on Australia.

Hi there,
The country and state field will affect payments due to AVS (Address verification service).
Do you want USA and Canada as an option or just Australia?

Do you have the exact message shown? The message is direct from PayPal themselves but there are multiple different errors similar to the above so we need the exact message.
You can find this within the ‘Gateway response’ field for the payment.
View the registration in the admin and you’ll see a ‘View Transaction’ button – http://take.ms/9WfiR
There you’ll see the PayPal Pro payment you made, what is shown within the Gateway Response field?
