PayPal NOT MARKING PAYED

Good Day we did a test with paypal and we payed 20.00 it did not make bill as payed at all how do we fixs this

5.person can pay by paypal and bank card? how the system as person has paid? all automatic?

Yes we support PayPal and PayPal Pro and numerous other credit card payment gateways. It is an automated system, so when they pay they are marked as paid in the admin dashboard. Refunds need to be done manually though.

Here’s how to make sure that your PayPal account settings allow for paying by credit card or optional throught a PayPal account, which PayPal calls “PayPal account optional”:

  1. Log in to your PayPal Account and select the Profile tab near the top of the screen.
  2. Click on My selling tools on the left side of the page.
  3. Click on Update next to Website preferences.
  4. Scroll down the page to the section titled PayPal Account Optional and select On, then click Save at the bottom of the page .

That’s it! Now, when registering, your attendees will be given the choice of signing in to their PayPal account or paying directly with a credit card.

it is still not working after i did the sets
it is not marking the payment after paypal get the funds

whats the next step

Hi John,

Can you let us know which URL on your site is set as the notify URL? If you are running Event Espresso 3 you can find this information in Event Espresso > System status.
