Hi! Our Paypal account is not properly linked to our event espresso page, it seems. Registrations are appearing with an incomplete payment status, when in paypal they have indeed paid. We are using Event Espresso version 3.1.37.11.P and WordPress version 4.7.5. I have attached screenshots of our plugins and other important information. Let me know if there is anything else I can provide. |
