When a client purchases an event, they go through the checkout process and when we get the email from PayPal about the purchase, instead of having the description of the event as before, now it only says “Shopping Cart”, so now, we don’t have a way of knowing at a glance what the client purchased.
Did you made any changes in your Payment Received Template? You can also reset it to default and see if it resolved your issue.
Can you send me screenshot of the message you received. Please send it as private reply and blur or hide any information that needed to be hidden.
