PayPal Integration not working

Hello

I have put in my PayPal API credentials and checked to make sure they were correct multiple times, but neither PayPal Express or PayPal Pro is accepting them. I keep getting the error message “Your PayPal API credentials appear to be invalid. PayPal said “You do not have permissions to make this API call (10002)”.”

The only thing I can find is that I need to grant Event Espresso permission within PayPal, but all of the forums I have seen on here have said that is not necessary to grant extra permissions within PayPal. Help!
