Paypal express payment not reaching paypal

I received my first registration for my event. On the Event Espressso side it shows PAID. But the funds have not shown up in my paypal account.
I set up paypal express in the payment section, the API username, password and signature. I’ve checked it multiple times to make sure it is correct. I don’t know what else to check. Please help! My event tickets go on sale tomorrow (Oct 17th)

Hi there,

With PayPal Express we basically build out a charge and pass that over to PayPal, combined with your API details they send back to EE a value used to direct you to PayPal.

From that point on pretty much everything to do with the payment is on PayPals server and we don’t have any control over it.

So you’ve double/triple checked that your API details are correct for the account you are expecting the payment to be going to, right? (Not a PayPal sandbox account and that the details are for the correct account).

May I ask, where exactly is EE showing ‘Paid’?

Can you add a screenshot of the section you are looking at?
