I am having an issue with Paypal telling Event Espresso that someone has paid.
IPN is turned on and the address is correct.
Paypal is verified.
Transaction page is public.
I also used the simple transaction temple you provide.
Some have gotten through but not all.
I resent all the transactions via paypal but they are not getting through.
Is there anything else I can do to make this work?
In EE4.4.4.p we fixed some Paypal IPN validation issues with tickets that have a single quote within their name. Do any of your tickets have single quotes/apostrophes?
Either way I would recommend updating to the latest version (currently 4.4.5.p) using the auto update feature. Be sure to make a full site backup before doing so (files and database) just to be safe.
