Hi Peter,

Conditional discounts aren’t possible.

One way would be use the pre release plugin Price Modifier, to ask a question as to which gateway they will use, and add/deduct a price.

You would need to make some further customisations though, in order to hide or remove any other gateways as otherwise they could get the discount and then pick a different gateway.
