While testing our newly updated version of Event Espresso plugin (3.1.28.5P), I’m seeing a broken PayPal image displayed in the PayPal Settings. I looked at the fix suggested in August for the same problem. The fix was to deactivate the PayPal IPN and then reactivate it. That did not work for me.
You may just need to update the image path once. If you want to go to https://eventespresso.com/contact and choose “I’m sending login info as requested”, we can fix it for you. We’ll just need a temporary admin account to get access to the payment settings page.

Thanks Sidney. Good information to know that I can send login info to get you to fix things like this. That said, I’d like to learn how to do it. Would you give me the directions on how to do it myself?
Perfect. Such an EASY fix. The code prior to my doing the Event Espresso update had the plugin verion (3.1.15.P) in the URL. So all I needed to do was delete that and it was all good-to-go.
