PayPal Commerce – URGENT

I have activated and we have been using PayPal Commerce. I deactivated all the other credit card methods of payment. I have only PayPal Commerce, Invoice, and Check activated. When I deactivated the other methods, the notice went away. Well now a big red notice is back! I don’t have any other methods activated so I don’t know how to get rid of it and am concerned about the threat that taking payments will stop working as we are in the middle of selling tickets for an event. Please help!

Hi there,

The notice has been shown becuase EE found data for at least one of the deprecated payment methods in your system and those have since been automatically deactivated, so its there to make sure you are aware of this change.

As you are already using PalPal Commerce you dismiss the notice (click dismiss on the top right) and it will be removed. As long as it doens’t return again when you refresh the page you are fine to continue from there.

Side note – I recommend you update to version 5.0.32.p
