Hi, I just switched to paypal commerce and under the order details it lists the name of the ticket only, such as General Admission. But no where does it list event IDs or the event name. It makes matching payments to events impossible through paypal alone, I have to cross reference through the site or email. All other paypal versions showed the event name right in the sale, how do I get this back?

Hi there,
Currently, the event name will be passed over within the payment description, which shows up in PayPal as the ‘Memo’ section:

Do you not see that section on your orders?

I can see the memo section on the web browser, but not on the mobile app which is my main concern.

Also, I am unable to log into my event espresso App now. I did change my admin email, but I have two admin accounts and neither can log in. I am getting “Connection error. Unable to load data.
I’ve gone through the troubleshooting steps. I’ve installed the REST API log and see no errors but it does log
it was working a few days ago. I did change to PHP8.1, but reverted. no luck.
