PayPal Commerce and Partial Payments

Hello –

We recently tried updating our PayPal integration, as advised, to PayPal Commerce instead of PayPal Pro. We also need a partial payment option for our events. We hired a developer to make a custom plug-in for us, and that has been working well with PayPal Pro, but now that plug-in does not work with PayPal Commerce.

We would like to follow your advice and update our PayPal integration, without having to pay yet again for an updated plug-in. I know that partial payments are a much-requested feature. Any chance you’ll be rolling that out soon?

Please consider it! I know many users will be very happy when this is available.

If you want Partial payments you’ll need to switch back to Pro and use your customize plugin created by your developer.

We do have plans to add Partial Payments into EE but there is nothing ready for it, i cannot give you ETA too.
