Paypal Cardinal 3d Secure PSD2

Please can you tell me how we implement Paypal Cardinal 3d Secure for our payments, I have checked the documentation and forums and there is no mention i can find of how to get this working. I do not see a 3D Secure option in the paypal pro plugin? Is there something i am missing, Paypal are insisting we implement this or they will stop taking payments.

Hi,

Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), a requirement of the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2), goes into effect on September 14, 2019. Before that date there will be an update to the PayPal Pro update that will include an option for adding 3-D Secure with Cardinal Cruise to the payment step.
