PayPal cannot process this transaction because of a problem with the seller's we

Hello, I am setting up our website for this year’s ticket sales. I have only upgraded the WP & EE software (3.1.37.11.P) and I get this error message when trying to take payment from paypal:
“PayPal cannot process this transaction because of a problem with the seller’s website.”
