Dear support team,

my website is connected to Paypal as a payment method, usually when customers does not return to our website after completing the payment in Paypal. their status in our website get either “abandon” or “incomplete”. but after the recent updates, now even if my customer return to our website, his status is incomplete or abandon. and i have to check paypal payments and change their status manually with every purchase.

can you please let me know how can I fix this?

Hi Khalid,

Do you have the WP Spam Shield plugin activated on this site?

Hi Khalid, the spam shield plugin is a known plugin to cause issues with payments updating. Are you using that plugin on your website?

If not, are you using any security plugins?
