Hi guys,

I’m using EE4 and we’ve noticed that we’ve had a few (15+) people go through the registration process, pay via PayPal Express and have their payment accepted but on EE4 it still records their registration as Incomplete. Just wondering whether this has come up before and if you’ve any suggestions of how to fix this (as this was only caught via a manual trawl of incomplete transactions 10 days prior to an event after a participant emailed to say they hadn’t received their info pack).

Hi Lee,

You web server may have hit a memory limit at the time the registration was processed, or some form of caching on the Thank you page prevented the status update. If you go to the Event Espresso > Maintenance > System Information page you’ll see a listing for wp_memory. If the memory is set anywhere below 96MB it’s recommended to bump the memory up to 128MB or higher if at all possible.
