Payments shown as 'Incomplete' on EE, even though they are complete on PayPal

Over the last couple of days many payments are showing as ‘pending payment’ and ‘incomplete’ on the EE registrations dashboard, despite the payment for these particular bookings being completed on PayPal.

Hi Andrew,

May I ask is the site using PayPal Standard or PayPal Express? If it’s using PayPal Standard then you can switch it to use PayPal Express. You can use the same PayPal account with Express, and this guide shows how to set up PayPal Express:

Update:

We received your request for priority support and I can see that the site is using PayPal Standard. You can get the API credentials from your PayPal account, then deactivate PayPal Standard, then activate PayPal Express and enter your API credentials.
