I installed the Infusionsoft Add-on yesterday.
We received a paid customer today. It appears that the customer registered in Infusionsoft as a UNPAID customer. I was under the assumption that the payment would register as well.
Let me know if my expectations are wrong or what to do to resolve this issue.

It turns out the company and title fields are not expected to transfer to Infusionsoft because they are derived from custom (not system) questions. You can send them as custom fields with some custom programming. There are some detailed instructions that a PHP developer can follow in our documentation:
