Payments not being registered

After a customer pays via pay pal they are retuned to the site but the payment is not registered

Please help

We have purchased premium support but not recieve any answers yet we are not clear how to recieve paid support !

We need assistance right away!

We sent the info re support ticket

Hi rboyington,

I haven’t seen the support ticket info for this. Can you send the site admin log in info and FTP through our contact form? If so, please send WordPress admin level log in credentials via the contact form on this page: http://eventespresso.com/contact/

Select the “I am sending login info as requested” department form.

Let us also know which payment method you are trying to use.
