We are having a little problem with our Event Espresso system. This is not happening with all the bookings, but we have had 5 bookings like this in the last few days. Basically the payment is made over paypal, the system sees the booking and the information is there, but the bookings continue to say incomplete payment. We are sure that the payments have been made. We are now contacting each of those guests to make sure their booking went through. Can you shed any insight on this? Thanks much.
