Payments Incomplete with Authorize.net

Hi, I set up the Authorize.net AIM payment gateway. I noticed today that someone did register but they are listed as Incomplete. I went into Authorize.net and I do not see their payment at all. I also checked the logs in the file manager on cpanel and I don’t see any messages. I do know though if you use the button to pay, it does take you to Authorize.net which records a transaction, I tested it with my own credit card. If someone is listed as incomplete and there’s no payment in Authorize, does that mean they abandoned the transaction?

Yes.

I’ve just registered onto your event and then stopped at the payment method options, you’ll find my registration (under my name) has a status of Pending Payment with an Incomplete transaction status.
