I have been using EE for our annual event for years, mostly without issue. However, this year – many people are experiencing errors when trying ti submit payment.
I know I recently had to enable some new Paypal thing. Was I supposed to un-install something else?
Sorry, I am not very technically-capable to find error logs and diagnose these things. I just want/need it to work.
Does this sound common? Any advice you can provide?
It appears that PayPal Smart Buttons is experiencing issues. We recommend switching to PayPal Commerce, as this is the recommended path forward. We can handle the setup for you, but you’ll need to log in and authenticate your PayPal account to complete the process.
After you purchase the support token you will be redirected to your account page. Click the link: “Redeem your support token(s) now through this form”. Once we have access we can get started.
