Evening
We’re finding that payments are combining on the exported excel lists if a customer pays for multiple events.
Is there a way to stop this so payments for each event are only relevant to that event?

Also, any update on EE4 and Square?

Sarah

Hi Sarah,

Do you mean if a user registers onto multiple events in a single checkout using the Multi Event Registration Add-on?

Can you provide the steps to reproduce so I can investigate this, please?

We don’t have any further updates for a SquareUp payment method currently but I’ve requested some feedback from our developers to where the add-on is at.

Yes, when we export the list, their payments are combined against the one event. Eg. Customer registers for Event 1, 2 and 3 which are $50 each.
When we export the list, it says the customer has purchased one ticket at $150, rather than $50 for each event.
Thanks for the update. We’re hoping to switch to EE4 when Square is available.

Hi Sarah,

There isn’t a way to break the amount paid into each event with EE3. What it does is it takes the total amount paid and applies that number to the first event in the transaction. You can look at the price column to see the ticket price for each event.
