Payments and credits

Please help: I’m trying to set up a service biz where people subscribe, I accept payments, BUT, when they cancel, I want to give them a credit for that amount to be used later in/from their account. Paypal couldn’t help, but do you know where to point me here? Or does Event Espresso do that for the subscribers?

Hello Margo,

Credit wise, Event Espresso wont do that. However, one option would be to create a Promotional Code (coupon) with a discount that you can email them, though this has the possibility of being abused by being shared.
