I am using the [PAYMENT_URL] shortcode in my Registration Pending Payment messages. When users click the link they get to a blank page on our site.

Hmm, strange.
Do you have an event I can register onto to view the full registration steps?
If not can you create a temp test event (setting the date far into the future should keep it out of view for your users for the most part) and post a link to the event here, please?

Ok, so the problem is down to how payments are applied to registrations in the background and the use of the price modifier add-on.
The original registration has a ticket value of XX and an ‘add-on’ item from the price modifier add-on at YY. There has been a payment applied that covers the XX amount so I assume the user didn’t select the add-on item and it’s then been added on later?
The reason for the blank page is right now EE see pulls a registration amount for XX and then a payment for XX, cancelling out the amount due meaning there nothing to pay for the registration. I know there is an add-on item added to the transaction, meaning monies are owed but that’s not taken into account on the Single Page Checkout Page.
I’ll need to check with our developers to see what options we have for this and will post any feedback given.
